Weekly and Bi-weekly Service ($35/Hour+GST)
Our Weekly and Bi-weekly service focuses on the general upkeep that is required in a home. This service includes kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, laundry room cleaning, dusting, spot cleaning of windows and walls, Baseboards, vacuuming, and mopping in your home. Starting at $35/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum booking.
Pricing
At NP Cleaning Solutions we believe in maintaining fair pricing to all our clients. Pricing reflects time spent cleaning your home/the product used and will be agreed upon during a walk-through inspection of your home before a clean proceeds.
If your clean does not meet the 2.5 hour minimum booking time, we accept a $80+ GST minimum for a call out to a clean.
Deep Clean Service ($37/Hour+GST)
Our Deep Clean Service is an introductory service that is done to get homes to the maintenance level needed for the Weekly and Bi-weekly services. This service is also for monthly cleans and includes everything in a Weekly and Bi-Weekly clean but with extra scrubbing power. Starting at $37/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum booking.
Move Out/ Move in sERVICE ($45/Hour+GST)
Our Move Out/ Move in service is provided to clients looking to relieve that extra stress while moving. This service includes a kitchen cleaning including inside/behind appliances and inside cupboards, bathroom cleaning including inside of cupboards, inside closets, dusting, full wall washing, Deep dusting blinds, inside window and sill cleanings, Baseboards, vacuuming, mopping, and garbage removal. Starting at $45/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum booking.
Spring Cleaning Service ($40/hour+GST)
Our Spring Cleaning service provides an extremely deep clean of your home. This service includes everything in a Weekly and Bi-weekly clean but provides an in depth cleaning of Large appliances, inside cupboards, inside closets, Deep dusting blinds, inside windows and sills cleaning, baseboards and necessary organization. Starting at $40/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum booking.
Extras (+)
Extras are services that can be provided at an extra cost. Extras can also be services listed in another service category that are not regularly provided in a service you book. This includes taking out garbage/recycling, changing bedding in regular homes, cleaning Inside Large appliances on weekly and bi-weekly cleans. Prices will reflect on how many tasks or extra products will be needed and will always be discussed during a walk-through inspection of your home before a clean proceeds.
Vacation Home Service ($40/Hour+GST)
Our vacation home service is a housekeeping service provided to vacation homes and Air BnB’s. This service includes everything in a spring cleaning service as well as restocking product in a vacation home, making beds, laundry services, garbage/recycling removal, appliance cleaning, patio cleaning and vacation home routine inspections. Starting at $40/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum booking. Take home laundry extra at $10/load.
